Introducing Dawn Doughan (pronounced "Dawn Dawn"), the newest member of our marketing team.

Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Dawn currently resides in Calmar, Iowa, with her husband and three sons.  

She earned an Associate Degree with an emphasis in Business Management and Marketing from Northeast Iowa Community College.

With more than 25 years of experience as a graphic designer, Dawn brings extensive expertise in visual communications and marketing. 

Prior to joining Cedar Valley Property Solutions, she built a successful career in both the newspaper and signage industries, creating impactful designs and marketing materials for a wide range of clients.

Throughout her career, Dawn's work has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including the prestigious Iowa Tourism Award for Outstanding Marketing Materials. 

Her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for effective marketing make her a valuable addition to our team.  We are excited to have Dawn on the CVPS team and look forward to the expertise and innovation she will bring to our clients and company.

Born and raised in Charles City, Kendra is proud to call this community home alongside her husband and two children. With a passion for people, relationships, and creating positive experiences, Kendra has built her career around leading from the front, embracing challenges, and finding opportunities to make a difference.

Before joining the CVPS team, Kendra managed a local brewing company where she combined her love for customer connection, organization, creativity, and daily operations while helping bring new marketing ideas to life. Prior to that, she built a 22-year career in banking, gaining valuable experience in customer service, new accounts, and loan processing while developing a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and trust-building.

Kendra is excited to bring her experience, energy, and creative mindset to CVPS. While her marketing journey is just beginning, she is passionate about exploring new ideas, building connections, and discovering new ways to help the company continue to grow. She looks forward to the opportunities ahead and is excited for whatever role, challenge, or involvement she is part of with the CVPS team.
